Jah Prayzah acquires residential stand from disputed land

Renowned music artist Jah Prayzah recently acquired a residential stand from Pokugara Estate in Borrowdale whose core-owners are currently involved in a legal battle.

According to the court papers Pokugara Estate initially belonged to George Katsimberis and Kenneth Sharpe
one of Zimbabwe’s richest person.

The High Court Papers obtained by this publication shows that Kenneth Sharpe, Ukraine based pulled out of the partnership deal where he allegedly swindled Sharpe $ US 18 million. The manipulation has earned the matters of Pokugara Estate being contested in courts.

Recently social media space was awash with Jah Prayzah’s photos at his newly acquired residential stand which is also believed to be on a wetland.

The rule of law is likely to spearhead a dramatic shift of events surrounding the Pokugara Estate land wrangle.
