President Uhuru Kenyatta said the election will go ahead even if he’s the only candidate.
Odinga contested August’s election results in the country’s Supreme Court.
The court ordered a rerun scheduled for the 26th of October.
The electoral commission is expected to announce the way forward on Wednesday.
