Zimbabwe’s own Afro-fusion artist, Mazarura says he is there to stay in the music industry with his debute album entitled “Pamusoroi” already making strides in the entertainment circles.
The 11 track album carries tracks such as Perekedza vanokuda, Varimudande, Hanya nani among others. Perekedza vanokuda is a promising hit after finding airplay in local radio stations.
Speaking to Spotlight Online News Africa this weekend , Mazarura sees a brighter future in hs music carrier and there are no plans to abandon it sooner.
“The talent is in me, I see myself going far with the music industry and the future will be amazing and certain.”
‘Pamusoroi’ is one of the success stories of music products launched in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The album was the only missing link between Mazarura and the entertainment scene at International level.
Prior to the launch Mazarura’s name became popular out of fan while in Asia some time last year. He had gone for an academic presentation of his PhD studies at an International University.
After a brilliant performance of mbira music, revellers were kept captivated. Today his fan base is gathering momentum at international level.
