Prophet Chigadzira of Johanne Masowe eChishanu donates huge to a rural school in Chiredzi

Chiredzi based Johanne Masowe eChishanu renowned prophet, Madzibaba Tyregy Chigadzira had his Palm Tree congregants¬† this week donated huge to Nyahanga Primary School which falls under Chief Tovani’s area.

Madzibaba Chigadzira’s Johanne Masowe congregants becomes the first Apostolic Sect to be spotlighted for extending kind donations to a rural school.

The positive gesture attracted marvel and appreciation both from the surrounding community, Councillors, traditional leaders and the hilarious Member of Parliament for the area, Honarable D Masiya.


In an interview with this reporter, Madzibaba Chigadzira said,

“As Johanne Masowe eChishanu Palm Tree Chiredzi we decided to extend a hand of donations to Nyahanga Primary School which is found in Chief Tovani’s area after realizing that rural learners across the country are disadvantaged to the extent of failing to have adequate learning materials. This triggered myself and all congregants to make such an intervention in order to make a different to rural school learners,” the soft spoken Prophet Chigadzira said.

According to Chigadzira, the donations will go a long way in uplifting the education of rural learners most of whom are affected by a number of challenges ranging from finance, inadequate resources and lack of COVID-19 PPEs to fight the pandemic.
“Most learners were disadvantaged due to a number of challenges which include financial problems, lack of resources and inadequate resources needed to contain the COVID-19 pandemic. It is our fervant hope that the stationeries, balls , pens, books and many other donations will make a different to the school learners,” Chigadzira added.

He also appreciated the efforts by Honarable D Masiya, the presiding legislator for supporting the worthwhile donations.

The revered Prophet also called upon everyone to consider the plight of rural learners among other aspects.
