The local dancehall star, Soul Jah Love’s single track titled Madzibaba Tyregy released two months ago caught dancehall fans by surprise.
All along his lyrics were endowed with sentiments anchoring on scaling up the everblazzing Zim-Dancehall genre. At times would resort to partially blend his lyrics with gospel chants and this saw him in one of the hits mentioning the likes of PHD Founder, Walter Magaya.
This time around the celebrated musician has gone extra mile, as he took a swipe to mirror great spiritual works done by one renowned Chiredzi based Prophet, Madzibaba Tyregy Chigadzira.
The song depicts Madzibaba Tyregy as a man of extra ordinary healing powers where people seeking instant deliverance come to sought spiritual assistance.
The Prophet is also likened to the person of biblical John the baptist in resemblance of works currently executed in the heart of Chiredzi.
In an interview with Spotlight Online News Entertainment, Madzibaba Tyregy expressed excitement over the dancehall track saying
“The song done by Soul Jah Love caught me by surprise because I never anticipated for it. We all know him as a dancehall musician but has done a wonderful track for me and my church.”
According to Madzibaba Tyregy, though he might not brag of being man of the moment, the song is just an indication that God is everywhere and is performing great miracles to his people in Chiredzi.
“The song is a testimony that there is a living God in Chiredzi. People are seeing new life through manifestation of Holy Spirit (Mweya Mutsvena).
Madzibaba Tyregy Chigadzira is among the celebrated Prophets in Johanne Masowe eChishanu Apostolic Sect. The name ‘Chigadzira’ entails the excellent way of God’s manifestation to his people.
